Sensei Crysta McFarland Sensei Crysta McFarland has studied martial arts for the past fifteen years. Crysta is a Nidan (2nd degree black belt) in Okinawan Karate, and the Head Instructor of Women's Kickboxing. Sensei Crysta also has extensive experience teaching children. Crysta has received top honors for competition internationally and nationally for both forms and fighting, and she now serves as an official at many of these same competitions.
