Lao Shi Lilly Freeland Lao Shi Lilly Freeland has studied martial arts for over a decade with California Martial Arts Institute under Sifu Tim McFarland. Lilly is a high ranking practicioner of Praying Mantis Kung Fu, and is also a Shodan (1st degree black belt) in Okinawan Karate, a Chodan (1st degree black belt) in Tae Kwon Do, a Certified Instructor in Women's Kickboxing, and specializes in childrens' programs. Lilly has done very well in international and national competition, consistently winning top honors, including Grand Champion titles. Lilly is a graduate of the rigorous Instructor's Training Program of CMAI in Okinawan Karate, Women's Kickboxing, and Children's programs.
